- Implement continuous coach resource training and education.
- Host weekly office hours for parent coach support.
- PPC phone calls in collaboration with the Admin Assistant
- Assist in coach recruitment initiatives by conducting phone calls to Volunteers during the initial process and to all members in the final phase of coach recruitment.
- Excellent attention to detail, pattern identification and motivated to create processes that optimize and improve the way things are done
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all stakeholders

- Event management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
