- Ensure all locations are operating at or above established standard
- Creates and facilitates the i9 Sports experience on the field/court ensuring that all venues maintain a 65 or greater NPS score
- Develops and executes NPS action plans
- Follow all procedures and processes for efficiency and develop recommendations to improve them
- Lead hiring process for part-time staff i.e. instructors, site managers, quality control, marketing, etc.
- Oversee scheduling and monitor staffing for all programs
- Works with Athletic Director to ensure accurate payroll each week
- Develop and implement ongoing in-person and virtual staff training
- Ensure game-day processes and procedures are completed
- Lead recruitment of parent coaches, background checks and assign to teams
- Ensure all programs have parent coaches, including substitutes as needed
- Develop and implement ongoing parent coach training
- Follow-up on parent and volunteer issues
- Works with Operations Manager to ensure that emails and voicemails are answered within 48 hours.
- Resolves issues with parents, coaches, staff, etc., as needed
- Follow-up with PPCs daily
- Work with Athletic Director to develop and execute a growth-oriented marketing strategy
- Manage guerilla-marketing i.e. road signs, flyers, in-person events

- Event management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Drive, etc
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (subject to flexibility/changes according to Game Day needs)
- Expectation of 16-18 weekends per year i.e., Opening Days, Closing Days and as needed. When working weekends, the week-day schedule will be adjusted.
- Opportunity to earn annual bonus contingent on individual and organizational performance and attainment of goals

- 13 days / 104 hours paid vacation per year, which is accrued at the rate of 2.3 hours per pay period.
